Sunday Brunch

Essensia features an exquisite Sunday brunch a la carte menu.  Following the restaurant’s farm-to-table philosophy, the culinary team has created a unique selection of globally inspired brunch dishes that are healthy, creative, and flavorful, including a variety of sharing plates, soups & salads, sandwiches & burgers, all-natural cocktails, fresh pressed juices, smoothies and mouthwatering desserts. Sundays, 11.30am to 3.00pm.

4 – 6 – 8 – 10 Happy Hour at Essensia Lounge

Essensia Lounge is located adjacent to the restaurant and features a romantic indoor bar and al fresco lounge area.  The Lounge offers an artisanal menu of signature cocktails, craft beers and sustainable wines, with an emphasis on organic and small-batch craft producers and cocktails made with seasonal ingredients and herbs grown in Essensia’s Organic Chef’s Garden. The exclusive wine list is committed to being sustainable, organic or biodynamic. Every Monday-Thursday from 4pm-7pm, Essensia Lounge features a 4-6-8-10 Happy Hour menu of $4 beers, $6 wines, $8 signature cocktails and $10 bar bites.  Mondays – Thursdays, 4.00pm to 7.00pm. Organic Garden Tours

Re-launching on Wednesday, November 6th, Signature Chef Julie Frans invites hotel guests and local visitors to attend complimentary weekly tours and tastings of the hotel’s Organic Garden. We are growing many of the specialty ingredients that we utilize in our food and drinks, including tomatoes, lemongrass, Cuban oregano, kale, arugula, mustard greens, edible flowers, and much more. The tour commences in the sandy area in front of the garden’s entrance. Chef Julie identifies the organic produce, herbs and greens in the garden and prepares tasting bites utilizing ingredients from the garden.  Wednesdays, 5.00pm – Now through May 28th.
