Sunday Brunch Buffet
Indulge in our Sunday Brunch Buffet featuring access to curated buffet stations including fresh-baked pastries, charcuterie, seasonal salads, hot entrées, and desserts. Each guest also selects one à la carte item from our “Kitchen to Table” menu. $65++ per adult and $29++ for children 12 and under. Bottomless mimosas or bellinis available for $35 per person (2-hour limit).
"From the Fields at Swank Specialty Produce" Community Dinner
Celebrate National Nutrition Month with a special Wellness Wednesday Community Dinner at Essensia Restaurant. In partnership with Swank Specialty Produce — a Slow Food Snail of Approval farm in Loxahatchee Groves — and award-winning author Ellen Kanner, the Soulful Vegan, for an evening rooted in nourishment and connection.
Set within our lush tropical garden, this 4-course communal dining experience showcases vegetable-forward dishes sourced directly from the farm. Paired with Syltbar Prosecco and fine wines, we invite our guests to slow down, savor hyper-fresh ingredients harvested at peak flavor, and celebrate the power of mindful, plant-forward dining in community.
“Harvested at Gratitude Garden Farm” Community Dinner
In celebration of National Nutrition Month, join us for an intimate Wellness Wednesday Community Dinner in partnership with Gratitude Garden Farm, a certified organic South Florida farm dedicated to regenerative growing and plant-based wellness. Known for its gourmet mushrooms and nutrient-dense produce, Gratitude Garden brings a deeply personal story of healing and cultivation to the table.
Hosted in our tropical garden setting, this thoughtfully curated 4-course communal dinner highlights the farm’s signature mushrooms and freshly harvested seasonal ingredients. Guests will also hear from the farmer behind Gratitude Garden, gaining insight into the journey from soil to plate.
