Our newly renovated Essensia Bar features a sustainable beverage menu, including handcrafted "Essential Cocktails" made with premium organic or artisanal spirits, fresh fruits and herbs, local beers and an all-natural wine list. A tasty gourmet bar menu is also available.
Essensia Bar
Essensia’s elegant bar area matches the restaurant’s nature-inspired décor and tropical ambiance. Featuring an international selection of sustainably farmed boutique wines, local craft beers and signature craft cocktails with organic and premium spirits, freshly pressed juices, house-infused syrups, and local fruits and herbs.
Essensia Lounge
The alfresco lounge terrace features a 12-seat community table and various sofa groups, perfect for mingling with fellow guests or simply taking in the breeze with a cocktail in hand. Available for private events up to 60 guests.
Tiki Bar & Beach
Kick back with our cocktail of the day, share a signature pitcher with friends, and have a bite of fresh beach cuisine while relaxing in a tropical poolside setting. Complete with swaying palm trees and a soothing ocean breeze, the Tiki Bar features an array of chef-prepared cuisine, including fresh salads, flatbreads, grilled fish sandwiches, and gourmet burgers.
